The following issues are addressed in this patch release:
1.Upgrades to HDSC (High Digital Signal Controller) now can be performed  through MCS (Meeting Control System).
2.Resolved the issue of potential packet loss in a multi-point conference with composite video outputs.
3.Resolved the issue of intermittent disconnection when DHCP endpoints were registered to the Gatekeeper.
4.Resolved the issue that the conference chairperson was not able to invite more than 6 endpoints.
5.Resolved the issue that the background color could not be updated by using MCSVMP with IE7.0.
6.Resolved the issue that MTC (Meeting Terminal Console) transmitted only 640*480 pixels in the secondary video stream.
7.Resolved the issue that in VOD (Video On Demand) replay the primary and secondary video streams were out of synchronization.

The following reported issues are resolved in this release:
1.If an MT’s IP address was acquired from DHCP, it is possible the secondary video cannot be displayed after the dual-stream was initiated;
2.Possible watermarks on the right hand side of the screen when VGA is selected as the primary video output;
3.OSD menu and fonts had minor jittering in composite video output;
4.The disabling of PPPoE might cause failures in registering to the gatekeeper;
5.Use of external Sony D-100P camera might cause abnormal startup of an MT;
6.Unable to save conference polling settings;
7.When a Logitech camera is used with PCMT, it is possible that the voice encoding is disabled;
8.When PCMT is added to the conference through proxy, it is possible that the image cannot be displayed.
9.When a video with moving pictures is carried in the secondary stream, its color might be distorted at the MT’s secondary video output.
