You can update your endpoint by using our online upgrading service, supported by China Telecom and Netcom China:

Domain Name: update.kedacom.com
IP Address: 203.117.194.52

How to do it:
1, You could contact your local dealer for more information regarding our newly released version. To see which version you are actually using, you may use your remote control to click on MENU, then Diagnostics, then MT Info.

2, From your endpoint, you may use above three addresses to complete your updating. They are all carrying the identical content, only differentiated by three service providers.

3, You should make sure that your DNS address is setup within your endpoint when you use domain name for updating. In case you don’t know your DNS address, you always can use one of the IP addresses to do upgrading.

4, Way to go: using your remote control and aiming to your endpoint, you press MENU button, then System Info, then Reset and Upgrade, then Upgrade. Here you either can click on Default for a domain name, or key in one of the above IP addresses. You may now click on Upgrade.
Reset button will give back your endpoint its original factory settings, but without changing IP addresses you have configured previously.
